14th Annual LA JOLLA ART & WINE FESTIVAL - October 8 & 9 on Girard Avenue, between Prospect Street & Torrey Pines Road
Thank you for considering volunteering at the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival benefiting underfunded programs such as art, music, science, physical education, technology and on-site medical care, at the three La Jolla public elementary schools, middle school and high school. It's a fun event and you are sure to find a fitting position from the variety of volunteer assignments and time commitments listed below. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email - see the "created by" link.
Please note - ALL volunteers will need to be vaccinated against the Covid virus.
DAY-OF EVENT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION (we will send you a reminder a couple days before your commitment and will include this information)
- Please remember to leave extra time for parking. Check street signs if you park in the village. We've partnered with Ace Parking this year. Check out their site for information on public parking lots throughout La Jolla (we will provide a link to the available lots in a volunteer reminder email).
- Report to the Information/Volunteer Check-In Booth. To ensure the festival runs as smoothly as possible, we need all volunteers to sign in at or before their assigned time. The Volunteer Booth is co-located with the Information Booth at the intersection of Girard Avenue and Silverado. At Check In, you will be given your volunteer t-shirt and directed to your volunteer assignment. (NOTE: Load-In volunteers will receive specific instructions of where to check in for their shift.)
- Remember to bring your ID if you are over 21 and plan on going inside the Wine & Beer Garden after your shift. No one will be permitted inside the Wine & Beer Garden at any time without proper identification.
Thanks again! We appreciate you giving your time!
