Virtual Session Hosts at P3S21 Virtual

Support the P3S 21 Virtual Conference and Expo as a Virtual Session Host.  A Virtual Session Host’s role will be to welcome participants, encourage participant engagement, post informational messages (as provided by CWEA) and monitor messages - all through the session audience response system’s (ARS) discussion board.  This role does NOT involve any speaking.  Check out the attachment below to see what the ARS looks like.  

Virtual Session Hosts are required to be registered as an attendee for this conference. Registered attendees will receive an email with an access code for the virtual conference platform the week before the conference.  Before your volunteer shift starts, you will need to login as a conference participant through the website.  For more information on website access, check out this info.

• Virtual Session Hosts will need to enter the virtual conference session room 15 minutes in advance of the session start.  These times are reflected in the slots below.
