Please RSVP for our T444 End of Year Picnic by May 16. Families including siblings are welcome (when you sign up for a slot please choose the number of slots based on how many from your family are attending-- for example, the Mitchell Family might have 7-- 2 adults, 5 youth). Scouts will be conducting their Fall 2022 leader elections during the picnic. Please let us know of any food allergies. Thank you!
WHEN: Monday, May 16 from 6:30-8 pm
WHERE: Heights Park Pavillion
ALSO: There are slots to sign up to bring a potluck dessert for 20. Please bring a dozen or enough for 12 servings if you're bringing a dessert. We'd love a few to be nut free, dairy free, or gluten free please (ie: Rice Krispie treats for nut free, Annie's has gluten free Bunnies in chocolate and graham crakcer flavors, most people who are dairy free can eat Oreos).

PARKING: Note that you can either park in the main lot that faces Arapaho and look for a bridge that will take you to the Pavillion area OR you can drive around onto Floyd Road and there's another parking area near the pavillion.
ATTIRE: For Youth running for election, Class A/Field Uniform is suggested. All others are welcome in Class B.
NOTE: Bring a lawn chair as seating is limited.
ADULTS: Keep an eye out for another SignUpGenius that will outline opportunities to help cook, set up/tear down, etc.
