Please mark your calendar for the Season Kick Off Party and Field Clean Up on Friday, March 29th from 5-8pm at the Thompson Park North Shelter House and field.
We need several players and families from each team to come help prepare the fields and set up fences at our home field for the upcoming summer season. This is a fun and quick process where the players and their families can celebrate the season's start.
The 7U and 8U teams will help to set up from 4:45-5:15, we will be starting dinner at 6:00, and the 9U, 10U and 11U will assist with the clean-up from 6:45-7.
For dinner, families are asked to bring items listed on the sign up to share.
For the field clean up, if you have the following items, please bring:
Field and Landscape Rakes
Wide Push Broom
Upright broom and Dust Pan
It is important that the parents, coaches and players take ownership in this Clean Up and continued maintenance of their fields. This includes cleaning up the dugouts and surrounding areas after every practice and game and leaving the field better than when you arrived. Thank you for promoting this effort.
