About the instructor: Rachel has been practicing Yoga for almost 8 years, and more intensely the past 4 years. She has spent the last 8 months in a yoga teacher-training program with One Yoga LLC. (YTT200 cert.). In order for Rachel to be a certified yoga teacher she must complete some free, and fun volunteer teaching hours! Rachel loves all kinds of yoga from Gentle/Beginner and Chair Yoga to more intense Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. She can’t wait to meet you! (Questions? Call 302-545-7960)
Classes will be held in Founders Hall. Please sign-up ahead of time but walk-ins are welcome! There will be a sign-in sheet at the beginning of each class. Each class will be followed by a short, guided meditation.
What to bring:
- a yoga mat
- any props or blankets that would make you more comfortable
- comfortable, flexible, non-loose-fitting clothing
- a smile and an open mind!
*In respect of the teacher's time, classes will only take place if there is a minimum of 3-4 people signed up per class.
**Parents are strongly encouraged to find care for their young children during these classes. Children under the age of 12 are strongly discouraged for these classes. However, yoga can be done at all ages!
