Nursery Sign Up for Sunday, January 17th

ONE CHILD PER AVAILABLE SLOT

Nursery will be held for the 11am Worship Service ONLY.
The nursery is limited to 3-years old and under.
There is limited availability for nursery and admission will be on a first come first served basis.

IF YOU SIGN UP BUT THEN CAN'T ATTEND ON SUNDAY - PLEASE EMAIL OR TEXT ME. WE HOLD THIS SPACE FOR YOUR CHILD/REN AND IF WE ARE FULL I HAVE TO TURN AWAY CHILDREN. EVEN IF IT'S LAST MINUTE PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF POSSIBLE.

All volunteers will wear a mask while serving in the nursery.
All children and volunteers will have their temperatures checked at a table at the front of the nursery hall. Parents and volunteers will be asked if their child/they have been exposed to anyone with COVID or have any sick symptoms and they will sign a form attesting to that.
Volunteers will be diligent about watching and cleaning toys during nursery.
The nursery will be cleaned before and after the 11am Sunday morning service.
