Chester Bowl Improvement Club
We need volunteers to help us during the final equipment return on May 26, 4:30-8:15pm.
Volunteers are required to complete a COVID-19 screening, wear a mask, and frequently wash their hands during the equipment returns. Because of group size limitations, we are asking that only the person who is signed up to help volunteers. Unlike past years, we cannot have the children of volunteers at gear returns helping.
Here are the different volunteer roles we need each night:
Greeter & Traffic Control- This volunteer will be meeting people as they arrive, checking them off our signup list, and allowing them to enter the drop off area.
Paperwork Volunteer- This volunteer will be managing paperwork during drop offs.
Helmet & Pole Return- This volunteer will be managing ski poles and helmets as they are returned.
Ski & Snowboard Return- This volunteer will be putting away skis and snowboards as they are returned.
Boot Return- This volunteer will be buckling and putting away boots as they are returned.
