ONLINE 2018 Leadership Through Mentoring



Lesson Purpose: For the student to be able to understand and practice the leadership behaviors associated with mentoring.

Training Objectives: At the end of this block of instruction, the participant will be able to achieve the following objectives in accordance with the information presented during the instructional period:

           1. Discuss why leading through mentoring is key to being an effective leader.

           2. List and describe five characteristics of a successful mentor.

           3. Identify and discuss at least five ways to successfully mentor.


Hours/Credits: Two (2)


Students will need to create a Moodle account at http://cecourses.pittcc.edu/

Requested courses will be added to the student's Moodle account within 2-3 business days.
