 In today’s world with all the strong scope on law enforcement it is imperative, now more than ever that officers need to have knowledge and expertise on searching.  The many aspects that go into the judicial search warrant document, must be precise and complete, not only for probable cause hearings, but all the way through the trial process.  This 16 hour class will provide the officers with search warrants preparation and many facets that surround the search process.  The class will be given through lecture, videos and online search warrant documentation.  The information offered in this class will give officers the needed additional training providing students’ assistance to ensure the 4th Amendment rights are protected.
