11/18/2019 - Fraudulent Documents Recognition

This 8 hour/credit course is a valuable tool for law enforcement professionals. This class introduces the basic techniques of fraudulent document recognition, types of security features present on various documents and how to identify and distinguish between fraudulent, counterfeit and genuine documents.   This “hands-on” class will focus on the examination of paper and plastic documents and allow students to touch/ feel and examine authentic, altered and counterfeit documents.
