CALIFORNIA EXTREME
Hi Folks!
We are gearing up for the annual California Extreme at the Santa Clara Hyatt Regency and could use your help!
By donating a small amount of your time to help us with the show, you will get 1 full day admission to CAX for FREE! If you can give even more, just let us know when you can help, we are happy to have you!
If you have recently expressed interest to help, please let us know your availability for the DATES & TIMES using this sign-up website.
Please reserve your spot ASAP but no later than MONDAY, July 11th so we may get your name on the souvenir badge for this year's CA Extreme show! (If you know anyone else that wants free admission to this year's show by volunteering, you may forward this to them and they will need sign in directly.)
We may be able to accept volunteers after September 24th, but your EARLY response will get you the best slot!

THURSDAY & FRIDAY
LOAD IN / SET UP
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Driving large trucks full of games (Class A License required)
- Operating some heavy duty equipment and a basic hand truck.
- Loading and moving heavy equipment from truck to loading dock area to event space on various dollies
- General help with assembly of equipment - attaching nuts and bolts, etc...
- Setting up registration desk area
- Bringing your own clearly labeled Tools / Handtrucks / Dollies are a PLUS!!!
DURING SET UP:
GAMES ARE TO BE PLAYED ONLY WHEN BEING TESTED.
IF GAME IS FUNCTIONAL, IT NEEDS TO BE SWITCHED OFF.
IF YOU ARE NOT PRE-APPROVED, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
THIS PERIOD IS NOT AN EARLY CAX PREVIEW.
YOU ARE JUST IN OUR WAY.
WE WILL REVOKE YOUR CAX ADMISSION
AND FUTURE VOLUNTEER REQUESTS.

- Clean up
- Bringing your own clearly labeled Tools / Handtrucks / Dollies are a PLUS!
As you can clearly see, we need LOTS of help, especially on Monday for LOAD OUT...Ask your friends to come help in exchange for FREE admission!
We appreciate all of your time and effort in helping make this event the most awesome CAX yet!
If you won't be available this year, let us know, we will keep you on list for following year.
