2019 Trivia Night - Verona Lacrosse Club

Please sign-up to help with our annual Trivia Night. This is a HUGE Fundraiser for our club. Volunteering for Trivia Night can fulfill your 2019 volunteer commitment. You are expected to choose tasks that add up to at least 6 hours of volunteer time. You will notice some tasks are quite simple, please choose more than 1. 

We will hold orgnaizational meetings on Sunday evenings at 6pm at Glacier Edge. If you can not attend the Sunday night meetings, that's ok, we will update you with pertinent information.

If you would consider sharing a leadership role, please conatct Huma or Joanne.

Oversee all aspects of Trivia Night 2019 and Coordinate with Leads from all groups to make sure the entire event runs smoothly.

Oversee the communications tasks and make sure they are complete.

Update event flier and work with webmaster to load website and email accordingly. Emails should be sent monthly up until 3 weeks prior to the event and then weekly emails should be sent (prepare email to be sent and work with webmaster on process.

Find varsity players/committee members to attend parent/player registration meetings to promote the event.
