Join our 75 minute yoga flow class to increase your strength, stretch, rejuvenate, and find mindfulness. Inclusive environment, modifications for limited mobility or injuries always provided.
Important: Yoga is intended for everyone. Please notify your instructor about any injuries or modifications that you require before the first session to ensure support, comfort, and success!
About the instructor
Trina Pearce, an RYT 200 instructor, is passionate about teaching yoga flow in an inclusive safe, environment. Trina truly believes that yoga is for everybody; she emphasizes proper alignment and modifications to fit your unique needs and goals. You chose your intention each day, and practice to suit your needs in the moment. No judgment, competition, or expectations.

To register for the session, click Sign Up beside Full yoga session.
To register for a drop-in, click Sign Up beside the drop-in date that you'd like. Registration is recommended, but not required for drop-ins.
Please bring a cheque, payable to QGPCA, to the first class. Or drop a cheque off at 6 Brian Crescent before the first class.
Registration costs are kept as low as possible for our community programs. If you register for one of our community programs, you are committing to paying for the full program.
If you'd like to try the program first, you are welcome to register for a drop-in session. After you take the class, you can decide if you'd like to join the full session. If so, we just apply your drop-in fee to your registration payment! If you can't commit to the entire session then the drop-in option is your best bet!
