Join a park ranger in this fascinating discussion of the Calusa Nation, who thrived in Charlotte Harbor for over 1000 years! After discovering the history of fishing Charlotte Harbor and its fisher folk, learn how to throw a cast net. Be sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting wet, sunscreen and a hat. Fun for all ages over 5! Adults and children $5 each ( Free to BIPS Members) , plus park entrance fee of $3 per vehicle.
