2020 Concession Volunteers
Attached are the signups for Basketball concessions. Please sign up for a slot(s). If 2 will be working, you will need to sign up for 2 slots. A reminder email will be sent three days before your scheduled slot. Hours worked will be applied towards your family service hours. Please make sure you sign in and out when you work to ensure you are credited with your hours.
Unlimited changes to sign-ups can be made until two weeks prior to the date you are scheduled. After that time, sign-ups can be added, but not removed.
If you are not able to fulfill your scheduled slot, please find your own replacement. In cases of emergency only, please text Lisa Vos at 641-780-9120. She can also be reached at [email protected] We will contact you with any changes or cancellations to your scheduled times via the email you provide during sign up. If you would prefer to be contacted via text, please include your cell phone number at sign up.
