You must be a SCW Woodworkers Club Member to add names for Officers.
Your Badge Number and email are requireded.
Description. This sheet is only to RECOMMEND names for Officers in the Wood Workers Club. The list will be used to create a slate of Officers for the election.
To add a name click on the "Sign Up" button assoicated with the Office you are adding to then click the "Submit and Save" button at the bottom of the form.
A second form will pop up where you can add the NOMINEES's name and an email address and Badge Number so you can be contacted if need be.
If you are putting in someone else as a NOMINEES enter their name in the First and Last input boxes. In the "Comment" type "Entered By" followed by your name, and then put in your email and badge number. If you are signing yourself up ignore the "Comment" Box.
You can only add ONE NAME at a time, but after you finish filling in the data and click on "Sign UpNow" at the bottom of the screen you will be able to return to the main form and make other additions.
