Camps/Individuals can only sign up for two (2) consecutive slots! Once you claim your slots, enter your event in the HELP Guide at bit.ly/POrtalBurn19EventSubmission. **HELP Submissions close July 1st, so sign up by then to make sure people know about your event! We will continue taking submissions for events at The Pavilion until 6pm on Wednesday, July 24th. Empty slots at that point can be claimed on-site.
The Pavilion is an open space near the center of the burn, this makes it a pretty public area. Please keep this in mind when booking an event here and program accordingly.
The Pavilion is outfitted with speakers (2 outward facing on stands & 1 monitor), a mic with a cable, and a mixing board. *Subject to change, but will not be less than this.
Stage: 11'x24' (Wooded Platform)
Multi-use space: 22.6'x37.7' (**Note that this area has a gravel floor!**)
Side Deck (overlooks the pond): 12'x33.5' (Uncovered Wooded Platform)
