2019 Coatesville Parents Music Club-All Parents & Students (as of 7/31/19)
The last day of band camp we we will be having at picnic to celebrate the completion of camp and allow the musicians to have some great fun together.
We are in need of food donations to help feed everyone
Please review the list and let us know what you can bring.
***FOOD ALLERGIES TO AVOID***
TREE NUTS AND PEANUTS, SESAME SEEDS
The picnic will start at approximately 4:30 PM and will be held outside the band room. It will last approximately 1 1/2 hours.
We would ask that your donations are at the school no later than 3PM on Friday. If you are sending in with your student, package perishable in ice or in a crock pot and is clearly labeled.
Donations should be given directly to Mrs. Ciliberto or placed in the band room on the cart provided.
We are also looking for those that can help with setup, serving and takedown.
