Volunteers Needed for Football Games and Competitions
Pit Crew - Parents are needed to help move the pit instruments, drum major platform, and any props that are needed on and off the field before and after the band's performance.
Trailers - Parents to pull the large and small trailers (as needed) for each event. A truck is needed for the large trailer; however, a van or SUV is able to pull the small trailer.
Chaperones - Chaperones are responsible for being with the students at all times during each band event. Chaperones must ride the bus to and from the event (when applicable), carry a medical bag for emergencies, and adminster medications as directed on the student's medical form.
Dinner Servers - Two parents are needed to serve dinner prior to the football games. The board will plan and arrange the meal. The servers role will be to simply serve the meal.
