A Fun Way to Do Good!

By volunteering for our Back2School Block Party, you will help us and our community partners serve 2,000 local children and teens!  This is a perfect opportunity for those who need to earn volunteer hours and have a lot of fun while doing it!

Our Back2School Block Party will distribute 2,000 book bags with basic school supplies for students in pre-school, kindergarten, elementary, middle and high schools here in the York County area. In addition, we will provide resource bags to 1,000 parents and guardians. Those attendinng our in-person event on Saturday, August 6 will be able to visit with our Community Partners! VOLUNTEER DATES 

Monday, August 1 through Thursday, August 4  |  8:00am - 6:00pm

Volunteers will stuff basic school supply kits in 2,000 book bags and materials for 1,000 parent bags.

Friday, August 5  |  8:00am - 6:00pm

Volunteers will help organize and stage elements for the in-person event on Saturday.

Saturday, August 6 |  7:00am - 4:00pm

Various volunteer spots are available throughout the day. Shifts are typically 2 hours.

Our 2022 Virtual Back2School Block Party is a community outreach of The Heart2Heart Foundation in collaboration with Rock Hill School District 3 and is funded in part by Healthy Blue South Carolina, Comporium/CN2, Carolina Cardiology Associates and our Companies with Heart Champions!
