Red Carpet Walk Committee & Chair

Red Carpet Chair - Organizes committee to procure items needed and set up red carpet event; liaise with decorating committee and security for event day details; create budget.

Red Carpet Members - Traditionally, Grade 11 parents help with this event so parents of the Grade 12's are able to watch their graduates walk down the Red Carpet. Your time commitment is before and during the Red Carpet event. Set up crew starts at approx. 8am and red carpet crew commitment is approx. between 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on event day. Clean up crew starts when the event ends until it's done (apprx 1 hour)
