2020 Adult Sign up for Troop 16 Pancake Supper

Troop 16's annual Pancake Supper fundraiser is TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25.  

Scouts should NOT sign up here. They have been assigned shifts based on their patrol and will work alongside other scouts.  They will be given positions night of supper (2/25) and / or night of training (2/18).

Below are sign up slots for SCOUTERS (registered adults), Venturing Crew 16 and Parents.  Please donate whatever time you can to help this event be successful.

You may work off your family's ticket sales at a rate of one $5 ticket per two hours worked.  Please note you may NOT work off your family's entrance tickets. Everyone eating must have a paid ticket. 

For instance, if your scout needs to sell 8 tickets and you work for two hours, your scout now only needs to sell 7 tickets. BUT if the adults in your family work a total of 16 hours, you still must purchase any tickets you need to eat. The troop cannot cover free meals. 

You may sign up for more than one slot.  If you have helped during the supper in the past, please consider signing up to be a lead in a department. Mark that you can be the lead in your sign up. If you can only work a partial shift, please note that in your sign up comments.
