Lunch Shifts - 1st & 4th Monday and 2nd Tuesday of every month
Dinner Shifts - 2nd Monday and 2nd, 3rd & 4th Tuesday of the month
Meal preparation (1slot) consists of chopping ingredients for a salad, vegetable dish and a starch. Bill Culton, the Chef, provides you with guidance, ingredients and tools.
Serving meals (2 slots) is placing prepared food in to go boxes and placing them on a serving table. All guests must wear a mask and entrance to the building is limited to one or two guests at a time. Guests pick up meals and immeditaely take them outside.
Lunch is served to 50-80 guests and Dinner is served to 30-50 guests.
