St. Mary's - Service in the Community
Service in the Community 2020-2021

Soup Kitchen- Twin City Mission

At the Twin City Mission Community Cafe, they strive to provide the best food services that they can for their Shelter family and anyone in the community in need of a hot meal.  Community members can eat one meal a day at no cost, either lunch or dinner.

As a volunteer, you will help serve food at the Shelter for Hope for residents and community members.

Volunteer spots are limited to current students only. If you are a permanent parishioner of St. Mary's, we ask that you wait until the 24 hours before a shift and if a spot remains open, you may then claim it!

"Love begins today. Today somebody is suffering, today somebody is in the street, today somebody is hungry. Our work is for today, yesterday has gone, tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today to make Jesus known, loved, served, fed, clothed, sheltered. Do not wait for tomorrow. Tomorrow we will not have them if we do not feed them today." -St. Teresa of Calcutta
