Usher Coordinator

Helps organize the junior high ushers the night of the concert and monitors them while they collect donations after the show.

 
Denise Muehleck

Videographer

Records the concert and provides the orchestra with a DVD recording.

 

Photographer

Photographs pre-concert warm-ups, the concert, and even the dress rehearsal if available. Provides the orchestra with a CD of pictures.

 

Stage Manager (2)

Helps run things behind the scenes at dress rehearsal and at the concert. Can include assisting with special effects, running the movie clips, helping organize auxiliary performers backstage, putting out small and large fires...

Decorating Coordinator

Works with the director to plan the design scheme. Organizes all of the volunteers the night of the dress rehearsal to get everything set up. May coordinate contacting local businesses that may be able to help/assist with decoration donations.

 

Dress Rehearsal Decorating Crew (15)

Works the night of the dress rehearsal to get all of the decorations put up in the auditorium while the kids are rehearsing (we need lots of people to help with this one).

Tech Work Day Decorating Crew (4)

Helps the director during the tech work session (Sat morning Oct. 20) with decorations that need to be hung from the stage/catwalk.

Would meet at 6:30 to pour punch, set out cookies, etc. and then simply monitor the table filling additional drinks and replenishing cookies as needed. Tear down help as needed...
