YOU ARE INVITED: Join Coach Kyle and increase your physical strength, endurance, and confidence by participating in virtual, live, and interactive Buddy Up Fitness Classes each week, our 45-60 minute full body circuit training program designed specifically for individuals with Down syndrome with a special focus on core strengthening.

WHEN: Saturdays, 11:30amEDT-12:30pmEDT *9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/10, 11/17
HOW: SignUp TODAY for the entire 10 Week Session. Payment will vary by location, but will be no more than $35/Entire 10 Week Session. Athletes, click HERE to pay for the session and Buddies click HERE to pay for the session. One week prior to the beginning of the session, you will recieve the Zoom Information for each week of class.
