Purchase food for continental breakfast (you will be reimbursed), set up breakfast, clean up breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday Lunch (2)

Purchase food (you will be reimbursed) and set up table Saturday morning. Ideas: peanut butter, jelly, cheese, sandwich meat, lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, bread, chips, cookies, ziplocks, water coolers. We will send you the number of participants.

Set up for dinner (3)

Dinner starts at 6:00. Arrange tables, set out plates, cutlery, water, lemonade, cups, ice

Clean up - Saturday Night Dinner (4)
