Thank you for your willingness to be a part of this special time on Sunday mornings when church members and guests can connect over a cup of coffee and a snack. Here are some details for the morning!
Duke Ellis will now be setting up each week before the 8:30 service. He will include prepackaged items, goldfish, animal crackers, and water each week, as well as any other food that is already there. If you are bringing food, you are welcome to drop off on Saturday or early Sunday morning if you would like for Duke to put food out for you.
9:10-9:30: Please monitor the kitchen and the food table to make sure we have enough coffee cups, newcomers feel welcomed, and that food stays clean and accessible to all.
10:15-11:00: Please replenish the food for the second round of snacks, monitor the food/cups, and clean up afterwards.
Food: We want to make bringing food as easy as possible! Volunteers can be reimbursed for up to $60 a Sunday for food items. Food should arrive at the church by 9AM and split in half for the two Common Grounds sessions. If you prefer to drop off food ahead of time, Duke Ellis can place it before the early service. If you are bringing after 8:30AM, please plate and put food/serving utensils out on the table when you bring it.
