Goodwill SCWI VITA - Northside Store

Please note that taxes will not be prepared in-person in 2021. All appointments will be scheduled as Valet VITA. This brief appointment consists of arriving during your scheduled time with your paperwork prepared, signing additional consent forms, and returning to the building once we have completed your return. In order to keep everyone safe we are limiting the in-person interaction. Also, while receiving VITA services, masks are required. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask we ask that you utilize our self-preparation option.

Please complete the attached intake forms. To reduce in-person appointment length, we are requiring that taxpayers attend the appointment with these forms already completed.
