Mardi Gras! March 2, 2019! The Art of Fun and Philanthropy!

Mardi Gras is Ascension's Annual Parish-wide FUNdraiser held each year the Saturday before Ash Wednesday.

This year, it's March 2nd!

The evening is one of great community building with hundreds of parishioners gathering together for a wonderful cause, our Parish, Ascension!  It truly takes a village...or should I say, Parish!  Join in the Fun!!!  Help where and when you can!

Adult Volunteers:  You can get a bid number by going to https://one.bidpal.net/kcascensionmardigras    Click on sign in.  It will prompt you to supply a password.  Follow remaining prompts.

I will be emailing volunteer instructions prior to the event.  And they will be posted in the dinner rooms.

Dinner is served for all volunteers in the hallway going into the school on the far side of the Parish hall.  Dinner begins at $4:30ish for volunteers.

P.S.   We NEED YOU!!!!  HELP NEEDED FOR SET UP, NIGHT OF EVENT, CLEAN UP on Saturday Night. 8th grade and older only!!!!!

 

Night of event Dress:  Adult volunteers wear black pants/skirt and a white top.  Teen volunteers wear black or khaki pants and will be provided a T-shirt.  Check-in is in the hallway in lower level that goes into the school. This is where you will sign in and get a description of your volunteer jobs, (Far side of the lower level.) Dinner is provided for all volunteers in the school rooms just off that lower level hall.  Thanks!
