Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Locate your son's/sons' teachers by last name (there are 6 tabs above).
2. Once you select your tab, scroll down until you find the desired teacher. Select an appointment time by clicking the corresponding "Sign Up" box.
3. Click on the "Submit and Sign Up" button.
4. Please insert your son's first and last name into the designated box.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for each teacher with whom you would like to schedule an appointment.
6. You should receive an email reminder 1 day prior to our scheduled Parent-Teacher Visitation.

Please Remember that if your desired time slots are not available and you would like to meet with a teacher, we encourage you to email the teacher directly or phone the school's main telephone line at (504)283-1561 to leave a message for the teacher(s).
