Tu B'Shevat: Biologically Safe Treatment of Invasive Species

New England Invasive Plants and Biocontrol Virtual Presentation

On Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 7pm Lisa Tewksbury, PhD from University of Rhode Island is precenting an Invasive Plant lecture.  Lisa is Karen Dauer’s sister-in-law and an entomologist - the branch of zoology concerned with the study of insects.

Please join us for an interesting evening to learn about invasive plants in New England and what each of us can do to help control invasive plants in our yards. Our guest lecturer will also share her expertise about current biocontrol projects designed to help control invasive plants with insects.
