BJBE

MLK Day of Service

We are so glad that you can join us for our 6th annual BJBE MLK Day of Service as we set about to repair the world, in ways big and small. This year we are asking for a suggested donation of $10 per family to help defray the costs of supplies for the event.

We will gather at BJBE at 12:00 for a service to remember Martin Luther King Jr. and his legacy and to pray for peace. Don't worry about lunch- the Beit Cafe will be open from 11:30-12:00 and then again after the service until 1:00ish. We will be serving pizza (NY Slices) and bagels and cream cheese.

******As you decide on a project for you and your kids, please note that some project meet at BJBE and some are off site, most are from 1-3 but some have other timing. All of the addresses and times other than 1-3 are noted in the description.******

We will have collection boxes available in the tzedakah nook for a variety of organizations, including Bernie's Book Bank (books for kids 0-16), Moraine Township Food Pantry (unexpired canned goods) and Hadassah Resale Shop (clothing or household items in good condition). Anything you are able to bring is greatly appreciated!
