Triangle Wine Experience
Thank you for your enthusiasm to volunteer at the 26th Annual Triangle Wine Experience that supports the Frankie Lemmon School and Developmental Center. Your time and energy with this event directly impact the students at Frankie Lemmon. The success of the event would not be possible without your help and for that, we say, "thank you!"
Please note that if you sign up to volunteer for Check -In/Registration on the evening of the Gala, there is a mandatory training session that morning, February 2nd at 11:30 AM at the Gala location. All other shifts will receive training upon arrival.
We ask that volunteers for all events wear all black and comfortable shoes. If you are volunteering during the gala, cocktail dresses or dark suits are appropriate. If you are loading/unloading the truck, setting up on Saturday morning, or cleaning up on Sunday, please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. I would also recommend that you bring light layers as the venue can be chilly. There will be space for you to store any personal belongings.
Our gala this year is at the former Sears store at Crabtree Valley Mall. Please use the entrance off of Creedmoor Rd.
Please note that all volunteers for Saturday's Gala must be over 21. We have a strict no drinking policy at events for all of our volunteers. You will be asked to sign a waiver at the beginning of your shift.
If for any reason you are unable to make your shift, YOU must find someone to fill your slot. We rely on our volunteers for this event, and last-minute cancellations are detrimental to its success.
On the evening of the Gala please use valet parking and come to the Volunteer Registration table that is located at Registration. There will be a table top sign on that says "Volunteer Check-In."
