2019 North Texas Annual Conference Hosts
Thank you for your time and talents in supporting CUMC to be able to host the best North Texas Annual Conference yet! Our mission is to provide warm hospitality, genuine care and concern toward each attendee and to exceed all expectations! We want the experience here at CUMC to go above and beyond what attendees have experienced before, we want to WOW them like no other place has in the past! Help us be a benchmark for future host churches!
We can only do that with lots of help, so each of you is extremely important to achieving our goals. This Sign-Up Genius is organized in date/time order, so please scroll through the list (long list) to see what job might fit your time/talents the best!
Communication is key to making sure this event runs smoothly, so mark your calendars to attend just ONE of the now THREE training meetings offered. Either Sunday, May 5th from 12:15-1:15pm OR Sunday, May 19th from 12:15-1:15pm in N156! Or, a mid-week training on Tuesday, May 14th at 5:30pm in room N158 (north building)
We are now able to provide childcare for volunteers! You must RESERVE your spot ahead of time, however, so we can plan accordingly to provide a safe environment for your children. At the time of signing up, there will be a space for you to provide childcare information! Thank you sooo much!
