Do you have a camera that you want to learn how to use better? Do you want to understand key aspects of your camera so that you can more easily capture beautiful images of your family and your world? If so, and just in time for the holiday season, I have an opportunity for you.
Join me for a unique six-session workshop that covers topics like composition, the exposure triangle (aperture, shutter speed, ISO) and enhancing your photographs after the shot. The final session will be a "student portfolio review" during which each participant will get a chance to get feedback on their best photos.
Think of this class as a chance to share time with a small group (six total participants) while learning how to use your camera the way you've always wanted. Most who attend the class will have a digital single lens reflex (DSLR) camera--the kind with interchangeable lenses--but extensive experience using it is not required.
We will cover technical and artistic topics in a practical way, and there will be plenty of opportunities to practice what you learn and get feedback in a comfortable and non-critical environment.
The cost of the course is $150 per student. Online payment is required at time of registration.
Oh, and feel free to bring your favorite cup of coffee with you. Unlimited ice-cold water provided.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY: Full refunds (minus a $10 service charge) are given if notification occurs two weeks or more in advance. If withdrawal occurs less than two weeks before the workshop begins, placement in another workshop may be offered.
