Admin Help (6)
Enter description of items for the auction into the system and additional administrative help. 2 hours a week until November 15.
Decorating Team (4)
Determine theme table centerpieces and themed decorations to create the perfect ambiance for the event. This will happen at a date and time TBD prior to the event
Setup Team (12)
Setup of Silent Auction and Ballroom. Afternoon and Evening of November 15 (times TBD) and remain in the silent auction area to oversee the displayed items.
Registration volunteer (2)
Welcome patrons and give them their bid card, seating assignment, and catalog
Wine Toss (10)
This annual event takes place with a donation of wine from our families. Help to set up is needed. Each volunteer will serve ½- 1-hour increments to run the wine toss during the event.
Raffle volunteer (2)
Circulate during the reception selling raffle tickets to guests. You will also describe the prizes that are available to win and then deliver the patron’s information to the MC
Dance and Costume Contest Organizers (2)
This year we will feature a dance and costume contest. Everyone can vote online with their phones. The coordinators will work with the MC of the event to communicate the winners of each contest and deliver the “Prize” to the winner in each category.
Auction Checkout (8)
At the close of the auction, ambassadors will assist in bringing the auction items to the checkout table for each guest. Computers will be set up to check out each guest. The volunteer will look up the guests bid number, confirm payment.
Clean up Team (12)
At the end of the evening, volunteers will collect everything left in the ballroom, checkout, and foyer, putting all items into the cars to take back to ACS on Monday
