Auditions for 2022-23 are right around the corner! Reserve your spot now to take the first step towards training with the best!


AUDITION ATTIRE: All black dance attire of your choice (leotard, half-tops, shorts, capris, leggings) with hair in a slicked back bun. NO BAGGY TSHIRTS or Cover-ups. BRING Ballet shoes and Jazz shoes. Shocks/pirouettes are optional.

AUDITION CLASSES: Ages 8+ will be evaluated in 3 classes in the areas of Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary! They will be split into 2 groups based on age.

AUDITION FEE:
$25 for 7/10 or 7/30 ages 8+
$10 for 7/30 ages 4-7

NOTE: There is no parent viewing to ensure a relaxed and focused environment for the dancers!

OPTION 1 - Sunday, July 10 for Ages 8+

• 9:30a-10:00a CHECK-IN
• 10:00a-10:55a Class 1
• 11:00-11:55a Class 2
• 12:00p-12:55p Class 3
• 1:00p-1:15/1:30p Wrap-Up, Parent Q & A available one on one with the Owner and Artistic Director ** This is typically geared towards families who are potentially new to SDC. Dancers are free to leave at this time if you have no questions that you'd like to wait in line for.

OPTION 2 - Saturday, July 30 for ages 8+

• 12:30p-1:00p CHECK-IN
• 1:00p-1:55p Class 1
• 2:00-2:55p Class 2
• 3:00p-3:55p Class 3
• 4:00p-4:30p Wrap-Up, Parent Q & A available one on one with the Owner and Artistic Director ** This is typically geared towards families who are potentially new to SDC. Dancers are free to leave at this time if you have no questions that you'd like to wait in line for.

Is your Dancer brand new to competitive dance and between the ages of 4-7? Join us for a separate, shorter MINIS program audition evaluation as follows:
 

MINIS Program Audition - Saturday, July 30 for ages 4-7

• 9:30a-10a - CHECK-IN
• 10a-11a - Technique and Movement Evaluation
• 11a-11:30a Wrap-Up, Parent Q & A available one on one with the Owner and Artistic Director ** This is typically geared towards families who are potentially new to SDC. Dancers are free to leave at this time if you have no questions that you'd like to wait in line for.
