Volunteer with Future Ready!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for EnCompass Future Ready! 

We have 2 great opportunities for you to work with our Future Ready teens: 

1. Career & College Spotlights 
   • Each week we ask community members to join us after school to share about their career choice or college choice with our students. We are looking for lots of variety - trades, business, medical, culinary, engineering, public safety, and more! 
   • Please be prepared to present to 2 groups of 15-20 students for about an hour each. 
   • You will have access to technology (SMART Board, etc.) if needed! 
2. Mock Interviews 
   • Many of our students 14+ take advantage of FREE Academy, Future Ready's job readiness program. One of the last exercises we provide for students during their 30 hours of training are Mock Interviews with actual employers from our community! 
   • Please be prepared to interview up to 4 students for 2 hours. We will provide all questions to you.

• Look for the purple flag when you get to 16 Lakeview Pk. You can park in the side lot and enter at the staircase.
