The 2022 Douglas County Fair & Rodeo Guest Services Team is looking for YOU!
We have a variety of positions/days/times available from Friday, July 29 to Sunday, August 7, 2022. There is no limit on how many hours/days you would like to volunteer. Each member will receive a t-shirt, lanyard with name tag, a chance to win door prizes and more!
All participants must be 16 years of age or older to sign up.
Position Descriptions:
Grounds* (Must be 16 years or older) - Greeting guests/answering questions/giving directions/assisting with the flow of ticket lines at various entry gates on the grounds. Locations to include indoor & outdoor - information booths, animal barns, entry gates. Positions are standing, walking, sitting. All must attend an In Person Orientation. DATES- Saturday, July 16 (Two Sessions - 11am or 1pm) or Wednesday, July 20 (One Session - 6pm). Each session is approximately one and a half hours. Once you have signed up for your shifts - please use the appropriate tab at top of page to select 2022 Orientation and reserve your spot!**
Ticket Sellers* (Must be 18 years or older) - Selling tickets (via TicketMaster) to various events during Fair (cash and credit card). Positions are in booths at various entry gates on the grounds. Sitting positions. All must attend an In Person Ticket Training session. Multiple dates & times are available. Training is about two hours per session. After you have selected your shifts - Please use the appropriate tab at the top to select Ticket Seller/Taker training and reserve your spot!**
Ticket Takers* (Must be 18 years or older) - Greeting guests/scanning tickets/wrist banding patrons/managing ticket lines at various entry gates on the grounds. Positions are indoor and outdoor. These are standing positions. All must attend an In Person Ticket Training session. Multiple dates & times are available. Training is about two hours per session. After you have selected your shifts - Please use the appropriate tab at the top to select Ticket Seller/Taker training and reserve your spot!**

**NOTE - IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR A GROUNDS POSITION AS WELL AS A TICKET SELLER AND/OR TAKER - YOU ONLY NEED TO ATTEND THE TICKET/TAKER TRAINING. WE WILL INCLUDE INFORMATION THAT IS PRESENTED IN ORIENTATION.
