Help with festival setup on before the event.
Raffle Ticket Sales (6)
Selling raffle tickets in the Parish Center or Outside for both the main raffle and the raffle baskets.
Ticket Collector (6)
Collect tickets at children's attractions all around the campus.
Information Tent & Kids Attractions Tickets Sales (4)
Assist with the information tent and sell tickets for children's attractions.
Indoor Food Service (8)
Help with the indoor food area. This includes food running and cleanup at the end of the night.
Parking Lot Greeters (2)
Help direct people through the parking lot to the festival.
Kids Games (2)
Help with kids games
Indoor Food Dining Room (10)
Assist with the main parish meal in the dining room.
Indoor Cash Bar (2)
We need adults 21 and over to sell adult beverages at our cash bar inside the parish center. You are responsible for checking ID's and giving wristbands.
Outdoor Food Service (10)
Help serve parish outdoor food under the food tent.
Toast System (6)
We need adults comfortable learning and operating our handheld Toast system. This will be how visitors order all of their food and beverages at the event. A training session will be held in advance.
Pop & Water Sales (4)
Selling pop and water from the food tent.
Greeters (4)
Greet patrons and visitors and help direct them to places around the festival grounds.
Clean up crew for dining areas (4)
Clean up tables and chairs in the dining areas.
Garbage Crew (4)
We will need assistance taking trash cans out to the dumpsters all throughout the event.
Dishwashers (3)
Wash dishes in the cafeteria kitchen
