OFFICIAL Carnegie Carnival Volunteer Sign Up for Saturday, February 22, 2020

Thank you for volunteering for the Carnegie Visual Arts Center CARNEGIE CARNIVAL. We are grateful for your service and truly appreciate you donating your time and talents to this great cause. This is the OFFICIAL volunteer sign up for ALL volunteers for ALL activities on Saturday, February 22, 2020, including the Carnival Frolic 13.1 Half Marathon, CASA Children's Parde, Midway at the Farmers Market, Canines on Parade, and the Carnival Parade that evening. Please choose an event, time to volunteer, and sign up! Thank you again for volunteering!

Help with runner packet pickup and registering runners the morning of the event.

 
Half Marathon Course - Meet at Old State Bank First  7:30am - 10:30am  

Race Traffic Controller - 1st Shift (30)

You'll be assigned an intersection to direct runners and vehicle traffic. A safety vest and specific instructions will be provided. You can bring a chair, a book, a friend. Lots of interaction! Perfect for any age but younger kids need an adult with them.

Carnival Frolic 13.1 Water Station (5)

Man a water station with 2 or more friends, your club, group, or business. All supplies provided. Station will already be set up. You may display a banner or advertise at your station. Only one person needs to sign up per group.

RESERVED FOR HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS. Perfect for sorority or National Honor Society students needing hours. Assist CASA with kids' crafts and fun before the Kids' Parade.

Help set up, work the parade and after party. Must love dogs!

Parade Route Director and Co-Director (2)

Lucky you, you will be in charge of getting the parade started. You'll meet at the intersection of Gordon and Second near St. John's Episcopal Church and work with each crewe, band, and parade entry to ensure the parade goes off without a hitch.
