Greeters/Zip Code Collectors - Beaufort International Film Festival
Please wear a mask.
If you like to meet new people then this is volunteer position for you!! Greet each person as they prepare to walk through the doors at Tabby Place and ask for their zip code. (Some people will be coming through numerous times. It is not necessary to keep asking the same ones on your shift if you realize they have been there earlier in the day). You will be a source of information. Such as, where is the restroom, where to buy tickets, food, film schedule, etc. Please keep a check on the outside trash cans and take it upon yourself during a long screening to the dumpster located in the back of Tabby Place. Collecting zip codes is a very important job as the county/city needs to have factual data to be gathered during the festival to prove that BIFF is not only an event, but a destination.
Dress: Please wear a mask. Please wear a black top and black pants/skirt. Greeters will be located right outside the doorway of Tabby Place so dress accordingly. Outdoor heaters will be strategically placed outside incase it is cold. Rebecca Tucker is your Chair Volunteer.
