1) Please wear a mask
2) Volunteers to pass hors d’oeuvres on trays. (No back/shoulder/neck problems please)
3) No admission for food server volunteers.
4) Will be taking direct orders from caterer and the catering staff.
5) Light clean-up will be required during the ceremony to include but not limited to the bar area and bussing and clearing high top tables of food and empty cups/bottles.
6) A general policing of the area during the champagne hour and prior to leaving. This could include bussing high top tables for food, empty glasses and/or taking the trash out to the dumpster located behind Tabby Place.
7) Please check in upon arriving and check out with your Chair volunteer - TBD.
8) Dress: please wear all black dress shirts, blouses, black pants, or black skirt.
9) Must be available from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
