Regularly check instruments for missing strings/rosin/bows. Assist with taking attendance. Prior to concert: Create seating chart for stage and audience.
Greeters (3)
Prior to concert: Stuff programs with donation envelopes. Day of concert: Greet guests.
Musician's Room Ushers (2)
Day of concert: Show students where to unpack instruments.
Concert Hall Ushers (2)
Day of concert: Show students where to sit in sanctuary. When it is time for their group to perform, help students to their seat on stage (according to seating chart).
Stage Managers (2)
Day of concert: Set up chairs and stands. Put chairs and stands away after the concert. *Must attend dress rehearsal*
Food Servers (3)
Day of concert: Set up the food table and pass out meals to students after the concert.
Instrument Handlers (4)
Day of concert: Collect, check and verify instruments and notebooks being turned in.
