2018 Color Run June 2nd Volunteers
We hope you can join us for the BEST/PTO Third Annual Color Fun Run. We are in need of volunteers to help run this event for all of our awesome students and community members that are registered to run/walk on June 2nd. The Color Run committee has been working hard to pull off this event and we would love for you to join us! Please see below for a description of all the volunteer opportunities. All volunteers will be provided a volunteer t-shirt. Please indicate preferred size and color (Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow) in the comment section - late signups cannot guarantee size or color preference.

VOLUNTEER AND PRE-REGISTRATION - Assist with volunteer check ins and pre-registration race day pick ups.
COURSE SET UP CREW - Help set up race route, color blaster stations, start and finish line.
SITE SET UP CREW - Help set up tables, tents, signs, hanging banners. Help prepare the various booths/tents as needed.
RACE CREW - START or FINISH LINE -
Start - Assist in start line and managing crowds. Cheer on participants for a second lap (if participants desire),
Finish - Cheer on finishers, direct participants where to go when finished, hand out stickers!
RAFFLE BOOTH - Explain prizes, help attendees select buckets for raffle prizes, oversee the table and prizes.
BOUNCE HOUSE - Manage line to enter bounce house, rotate kids through, ensure appropriate exit of the bounce house.
FOOD CREW - Help in food booth(s) to collect ticket vouchers and distribute food/drinks. A great opportunity for High School students and members of the Bedford community!!
CLEAN UP CREW - Help clean up after the event, take down signs, tables, trash.
