Hi SSIMS Community!
Jag Jog is November 13th, and it's right around the corner. It helps us raise a LOT of money for the school, but we really need support from the parents and other community members to make it happen! Spreading the work load across many hands is an easy way to make it successful.
Providing supplies ahead of time, setting up, and helping run the event are equally important. Please check your calendar and the list of tasks below to see how you can best contribute.
IF YOU ARE BRINGING SUPPLIES: Please bring them to the SSIMS Main Office between 8:30 and 4:00 any day from Monday, November 5 to Friday, November 9. The staff will direct you where to leave the supplies for the Jag.
COLOR SPRAY COORDINATOR: Students who want to can get sprayed with colors during the event. We need one person to be in charge of purchasing supplies (vinegar, color and spray bottles) and bringing them to school Monday, November 12. The PTSA will reimburse the purchase of all color spray related supplies.
WAVES: Students are grouped together [mostly] by grade and run in 3 waves. Volunteers can sign up to cover 1, 2 or 3 waves. Whatever fits YOUR schedule.
- Wave 1 - 7th (8:35-9:35)
- Wave 2 - 8th (9:45-10:45)
- Wave 3 - 6th (10:50-11:55)
CLEAN UP: Students can sign up for clean up crew and earn Jag Bucks!!
