The band will play during the graduation ceremony on May 21ST, so "Ceremony" volunteers are needed to help move pit equipment, stands, and water. They will remain on the field with the band until the ceremony is over. "Check-In" volunteers are needed to help AFTER the ceremony with instrument, equipment, and music check in, and to oversee locker clean out.
If you do not have a volunteer badge, you will not be allowed to help on the field, so please sign up as check-in volunteer instead.
Since parents of graduates will want to leave campus right after their student's check-in, these positions are best suited to non-senior parents.
