Volunteers for IBT 2019 Conference

Ignited By Truth events are made possible each year by the efforts of hundreds of volunteers. We welcome you to join the team!

This sign-up lists job opportunities for the 2019 Conference at Reynolds Coliseum on April 6, 2019.

Please note that all volunteers who are working during the hours of the conference must also register for the conference.  To avoid waiting in line, you can do this at the following link.  Tickets are only $15/adult and students age 10+ are free with registration.

Please print your tickets and bring them with you.  Tickets can be found in your e-mail by searching for the subject, “Your tickets from Ignited by Truth”.  There should be one QR code for each ticket. If you can’t find or print your tickets, we can look up your registration at the door.

Pick up your nametag at the Volunteer table in the Main Entrance of Reynolds Coliseum and get instructions for your job.

Lunch is not included in your admission.  Food vendors will be available in Talley Student Union, which is adjacent to the Coliseum.  Click here for map.  For fastest service, please download the “Tapingo” phone app which allows pre-ordering.  Clark Dining Hall is also within walking distance at 221 Jensen Drive just beyond the parking deck (https://dining.ncsu.edu/location/clark/). You are also welcome to bring your own lunch.

There is an entrance on the east side of Reynolds for load-in purposes.  The loop in front of the building can also be used, especially if the items are for the ‘registration’ area.

On Friday, lunch will be provided for volunteers on at 12:00pm. Everyone please join in prayer during the Blessing of the Building in procession with singing.

Volunteer Lunch + Water & Priest Snacks

Purchase and deliver lunch for IBT set-up volunteers at noon on Friday. Also purchase bottled water and snacks for priests hearing confessions. You will reimbursed for your costs.
