A few notes from your Photographer, Katie Phan:
In order for this to run efficiently, please read all instructions. If you have any questions you may contact Katie directly. [email protected]
1) Choose your desired time slot. Please only select one slot per child.
2) In the comment section, you MUST include your child's name and how many photo/costume changes you are purchasing.
3) All payments must be made via Paypal or Venmo to the photographer to secure your time slot. We will not be accepting cash, checks or credit card payments at this time. We will not have staff members at check in to collect payments. (please contact Katie if you have any questions regarding this)

**Include dancer's name, studio and # photos/costume changes purchased in the payment memo**
4) Please print out the order form that is attached in the email and send the completed form in with your child on picture day. NO CHILD CAN BE PHOTOGRAPHED WITHOUT THE ORDER FORM.
If all slots fill up, we can add more if necessary.
